Ban Suriya, or The Sunshine House in English, sits on the southern end of Lipa Noi beach, with white sand, wonderful Angthong marine park view, and great sunsets. This villa is superbly appointed and creatively designed in a contemporary style, with many Thai and Asian touches. Built on 2 rai of land (3,200 square metres), Ban Suriya villa features beautiful tropical gardens with a fresh herb section. The villa is almost exclusively white, which is contrasted by the use of vibrant colours in furniture, linens, and accents. The property offers a 19 metre swimming pool, an air-conditioned fitness room with the latest gym equipment, and direct access to the white sand beach via an expansive palm shaded front lawn.
The villa has an eclectic mix of modern and retro furnishings, and you are spoilt for choice when considering where to relax at any time of the day. The garden hammock and loungers provide cool places to sit and read under the shade of the many coconut trees. The upstairs lounge is the perfect group get-together area, and offers an office area, and a more private sun deck. There are two additional lounge areas on the ground floor; a sunken den, with an underwater window onto the pool, and a glass-walled TV room. A modern kitchen services a vast, glass-topped square dining table seating 12 in the centre of the villa.
The master bedroom is detached from the main villa and set on the beachfront lawn, featuring an outdoor shower room and direct beach access. The 'kids' bedroom is in a separate villa alongside the main villa, opens onto the plunge pool deck, and has twin beds with a third roll out bed, completed with en-suite bath and shower room. The entertainment room joins the kids room and features TV, DVD, games, table tennis, and a sofa bed, which can accommodate a nanny. The other four bedrooms are in two separate pavilions joined by two shared en-suite shower rooms. The second master bedroom enjoys great sea views and is supplemented by a lounge area and private access to an outdoor sunken bath. A TV, DVD player and mini fridge complete its amenities. The adjoining twin bedroom can be converted to a king sized double and can be entered over a fish filled lotus pond. The opposite two bedrooms are both large doubles, one with sea views and both with direct access to the 19 metre pool and Jacuzzi. Each of the six bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with hair-dryers and individual safes.

A team of three, supervised by a guest relations manager, staffs your villa. The staff will visit your villa twice a day, unless you request otherwise.
